M42 Orion (MOSIAC)

I'm lost with the numbers of layered mask, stacked images etc to compose a mosiac of orion. Only way I can go abouts to capture the entire orion nebula. Finally i have the whole image. The original file image was over 50 meg in size. This was taken 2 days ago.

phew some work today all done. I got slack on the processing in the end eg touching up colours, shades to blend in the colours etc so its abit pixelated. If I have time later might try to fix that.

this is very good as well. with you mosiac, your are getting the wide field we were talking about a few weeks back.

The man's an imaging demon. Great stuff Ezy. You are turning out DSI images that I've seen others take weeks to start to get that sort of quality. :thumbsup:

thanks for your comments fellows. I've tried autostitch, i find that it is more fun with paintshop matching up star to star ;)
