It looks to have been a very fleeting event. Just a faint reddish curtain low on the southern horizon, exactly like last week, but it's already fading out. Hopefully it will return.

It's nice and clear here NW Tas I can't see any just about to get the scope out , might be better with dark adapted eyes later on I hope

Home now and keeping an eye on the south. The Helios is looking good right now :thumbsup:

Get those cameras clicking! You never know what you might catch. Start doing long exposures right now and keep going.

I couldn't find the original video, but this one is pretty good too.
soak a blanket in vinegar, put it in the back of your car, and drive at the "chemtrails" as fast as you can. :eyepop: :screwy:

I had a peek outside at various times through the night, saw nothing although the transparency was crap FT have started regen burns.
