Setting my sights for a visit to see my brother in Queensland had had it's fair share of obstacles, but I finally made it. Catching up on each other's lives notwithstanding, the lush wet greenery promised much potential for interesting and unique photography......

Enjoy!!

Brilliant photos Baz. Natural Bridge is my favourite part of SE Qld. The leeches would be out in force after all the rain we have had.

Not a fan of the old leech, but I find the ticks are a bigger problem. Leeches make a mess but ticks get everywhere and are harder find.

Thanks Stu! Glad you enjoyed the story dude. Yes, I'd like to go back there with more time on my hands and when it's not so wet. Condensation was so very problematic. I'd also like to be at the natural bridge earlier in the morning when the light coming in is not so bright.

Baz! Lovely shots! Love the dragon, and never seen a net casting spider. Looks cool!

PS great to meet you. Feeling much better now, more active. Can't read your blog at above link for some reason. Will try again later.

Thanks Troy old mate! Great to hear you are up and about mate. I didn't envy you the other day, that looked painful!

Next time I'm up visiting my brother in Bris again, a stop at the Piggins house will definitely be on the itinerary again! Skype is one thing, but it was great to meet you in person mate! Your young bloke is a fine lookin' fella too!
