HELP - seeking a source of these old globes

I'm hoping out there someone might know where I can source a supply of this type of globe.

It's a sound exciter lamp for a flatbed 16mm film viewer.

The box says "Sx15s" but I think they might also go by BRK. They are 4V 0.75A.

I suspect they are now a bit like hen's teeth so I'm keen to snap up all I can find.
