Testing the waters...
Immaculate condition white tube SV70ED, 420mm f/6. Used maybe 15 times.
2" dual-speed focuser. Retractable dewshield. Scope is only 30cm long when retracted.
Comes with removable 'foot' that fits directly into standard Vixen/Skywatcher dovetails. Foot has two 1/4"-20 holes for easy attachment to a camera tripod.
No case is included as I sold the original case. Currently stored in a camera backpack with all my eyepieces for ultimate grab 'n' go package. Recently I have used it as a large finderscope on my Skywatcher Skytee 2 mount.
I bought the scope for travelling & terrestrial viewing but I rarely travel these days and by the time my three-year-old's stuff is packed there's no room for any astro gear! Now I'm thinking of upgrading to an SV80ED or similar.
Asking price is $350 or nearest offer.
Please send PMs with any questions. Can provide pictures later.
Thanks for looking.
