Rob,
I found the seeing in Adelaide was rubbish on the morning of the 24th. Your result is better than anything I got that morning. I sat there for almost an hour trying to focus and failing.
This morning was better. Still not excellent, but at least above average to good.

Rob, it is good to see you getting some runs on the board with the 14". Nothing like some practice before the good seeing comes along. I will be looking forward to your results, as aperture really helps to resolve detail, although seeing is King.
All the best.

A creditable result Rob, you just need some better seeing. The original date is correct, the UT date doesn't change until 10:30am in the morning local. Any imaging after midnight is still on the previous day, regarding UT.

 Thanks Trevor
I have my Netbook set to UT to make my record keeping easy:)
But I like to post with the local date so as not to cause confusion.
Sometimes when I'm tired I stuff it all up though:P:P
I am not that hopeful for tonight (will be up anyway :) ) But hoping for some nice seeing soon.
likewise for you:hi:
