T-thread spacer rings

I require either one or multiple 2" t-thread spacer rings, which result in an extension somewhere between 24mm and 39mm. Maybe a combination of a 25mm and a 10mm would be suitable. Can anybody help?

Thanks David. The 30mm might do the trick but thought someone might have some of these lying around unused.
