Hi All,
Last night I learn't a bit more about my camera and decided to concentrate on getting the custom white-balance correct. It only took 30 minute but the result in my opinion are surprising.

As a result the Darks and flats worked well resulting in the best image I have ever taken. To say I am happy is an understatement :D. It may not compare to some other AP'ers on this forum but what to expect from an unmodified DSLR. I didn't take as many lights as in the past either.
Specs:
Canon 45D unmodified
20 x 120 Second 800 ISO Lights
17 Darks
20 Flats
20 Bias
TS80 / 480 F6 Triplet.
I think the next step in resolving is a bit of Coma on the edges. I may need to look at my focuser strength.
