Fireballs over Goldy

Did anyone else see the 3 fireballs over southern Gold Coast looking south. First big bright orange ball appeared coming from south around midnight for about 60-70 seconds, first i thought a helicopter but it was getting brighter and dimmer, then started taking a westerly direction and started to dim and then dissapeared.Not very fast, then 30 minutes later another 2 big orange balls appear from south. A little brighter and same event for around 2 minutes. South to West, at the speed of a helicopter then dimmed out into dust. Im in surfers paradise and its pretty bright here so these things were quite big. :)
And about time we get some cloud free nights I say.

Hmmm, interesting Nick, sounds like they may have been helicoptors???

Nope but I did witness one, last year in early November.
A very bright red fireball moving from East to West and was gone in less then 3 secs!Very fast and very bright!

With a duration like that it surely couldnt have been anything incoming.
