Just got back in from a very quick look. Love this time of year here in Aus. Can go out and in one night see M42, Eta Car. 47 Tuc, NGC 2070, Centaurus A, the Eskimo Neb and Omega Cent.

And we have had more cloud in any summer that I remember in Perth in the last twenty years! Or it could be that I now care since getting into astronomy!

It's a good time of the year. Many of the skies best planetaries and galaxies are on show aswell in the form of NGC 3132, 3242, Eskimo, NGC 3918 etc , Centaurus A, M83, M104 and the Leo/Virgo galaxy fields.

At least Perf is getting a summer, if I was a beach babe here, especially this cold wintry February, I would've busted a good few nerves by now lol

Stay up late enough and you get Virgo galaxies and Scorpius!
