Blue Mountains Linden observatory founder and telescope maker Ken Beames has the had the overpass of the GWH at Linden named after him.

What a remarkable individual!! I have read this page/bio before but had forgotten it - a truly uplifting story - they should do an abc 'australian story' on Ken Beames! thanks Greg, I needed to (re)read something like that :)
