In fact it's a piece of Mars. A piece the size of a grain of sand. :P

I took this photo tonight using the Canon 550D @ iso400 and the Tamron 90mm f2.8 @ F4, 1/125 exp.
This is a 100% crop.

Can't wait to see what it looks like under a microscope.

The samples were purchased from reputable meteorite dealer, Galactic Stone. :thumbsup:

I bought it from Galactic Stone and Ironworks in the US. http://www.galactic-stone.com/
There are 4 granules of the meteorite mounted in a display box with a retro space theme.
At the moment he has some specimens from last July's witnessed fall. For only $16 I think it's a brilliant way to own your own little bit of another planet. :)
