Just a quick question if I may, are GOTO dob's suitable for photography?

Essentially No
You could probably take shots of the moon or major planets.

I will add a little to Barrys reply. Go To dobs can track objects, but they do not take account of the rotation of the sky so you get an effect called field rotation. This means exactly what it says as the field of view rotates as the earth turns.
In very short exposures, the effect cxan be negligible, hence they can be used on bright objects such as the moon and planets.
It is possible to take a tube from a dob and mount it on a equatorial mount and use it for imaging, but you need to have a good focuser to hold all the imaging equipment, can be hard to get focus without repositioning the primary mirror, collimation can be an issue and on faster scopes coma can be a major headache. Can be done but there are issues!

Not without a lot of work. I have the be the exception. This is an example but took a bit of handyman work to do it.

All other photos taken were moon and planets. Even then planets still a bit of effort.
