Sale pending on Bintel

I made an order on the weekend on bintel.com.au

My order still says sale pending.

Just wanted to ask if anyone here has ever bought of this website and if they had to wait a bit until you could pay for your items?

You'll find that pretty much everyone, particularly, on the eastern seaboard, has bought something or other from BinTel.

Last time I bought from their on line catalogue, I also wanted to hurry it along.
So I too rang them, told them what I ordered, and paid for it over the phone (credit card).
They are very obliging, but favour in shop and phone customers.
Once confirmed, i had the item the very next day.

Some time ago there was a problem with their web site. I phoned and everything was sorted out quickly and the goods arrived promptly. I would have thought they would have the site fixed by now but then again perhaps not.

Also depends if they have the item in stock. I placed a phone order last week and was advised, before I made a payment, that there would be a delay as the item would have to be ordered in (not a problem at the moment in northern Qld as we're not expecting to see clear skies for another couple of months :lol:).

I'd go with the advice previously given and phone them. Friendly lot.

Ive ordered a bit from their site. The status is a bit slow and normally changes from Pending to Shipped, once it is shipped.

Every order i have placed bar one i received a phone call regarding. The other order dispatched the next day from ordering.

As others have said, you can call them and ask. They probably have your order and are either processing it or waiting on something.

I just gave them a call.

I said I made an order and he said it would have gone to head office (Sydney) then they fax down the items to Melbourne.

Sounds a bit weird to me cause its already been nearly 2 full business days.
