These were taken in the garden this arvo with 450D + Sigma 105mm macro @ 1/100s f9.0 ISO200, external flash.

I like the first one Adam and think it's worth another process. You have some dust on your sensor so see if you can clone that out. Bump up the brightness just a little and run a de-noise algorithm to smooth out that background.
