Two weekends - two star camps

Hi guys, last weekend, star camp at snake valley without the family.

This weekend, plan was to work on the peltier cooling of the scope. WRONG!!!

Oldest "princess in training" decided that she wanted to do a camp at home, so out came the paper and coloured pens.

So we are camping out amongst the stars in the dining room. There is one mars, one jupiter, one saturn, 5 neptunes (blue is a favourite colour), 3 moons and 6 stars. The closer to the string they are, the further away they are!!!

What vivid imaginations they have and it is a great time to be a dad!

I showed Chloe the picture of your girls and she wants in on this star camp too. :D

It's wonderful what kids can come up with, isn't it?

BTW, whenever Chloe sees a photo of you posted, she says that you are a very funny man :whistle:

yes, it was a fun night, chloe would have enjoyed it.

It was fun to play with chloe, a very happy little girl.
