I was hoping to capture the light projections that they are currently running on the Sydney Town Hall combined with the eclipsed moon.

But they shutdown the light projections at 1am, before the start of totality. And then moon wasn't as far west as I wanted it to be.

Then the bloody clouds kept coming and going. Then the pissed idiots wandering the streets at that time wondering why I have a camera and tripod.

But here is a link to a collection of the images that I took of the moon with the Town Hall and St Andrews Cathedral.

shots like that are great, but sometimes the scale of the event tend to be overlooked, especially when the public become involved.
