Monster Truck Rally

Hi guys and gals.

Here's some pics from the Monster Truck Rally that I took Jacob to last Saturday night. It was a really good time, Jacob enjoyed himself and so did I. Although it did end up quite an expensive night - the food prices were very expensive.

All shots taken with the 350D + stock 75-300mm lens or the stock 18-55mm lens.

1. Captain crusher crushing some cars
2. The Jetvan, with a Mig fighter jet engine in the back of it.. it was pretty cool, especially when the inside back of the van caught on fire :)
3. Moto-X freestyle jumps, way cool tricks.. no backflips though :)

Yes darling, I have cancelled that free trip into space to visit the hubble telescope, just to take the boy to this rally. I'm not really into it, but our sons got his heart set on it.....

Whilst the boys are away.......Ok, girls out with the pink paint, lets go paint that dobby thing.

What's with all the blue 'body bags' in the very first shot? Didn't Captain Crusher wait until the people got out of their cars before he started crushing them? :)
