Modded 40D body - how much would it be worth?

What do you reckon is a fair price to sell a modded 40D for?

I'm planning my purchase of a 5D Mark II and seeing how much I can contribute to the cost :)

It seems that 40D bodies go for between $500-$650 on ebay, and this one is modded.

What do you think?

Had an email from DDP yesterday - 5D mark II is down to $2,299. Cheaper at other places, I know, but I think that DDP has a good reputation for after sales service.
