I keep getting the same face of Jupiter.. which is starting to annoy me a bit.

I mean, it's not really the "boring side", there's still plenty of detail and things to see, but i'm ready for a GRS or SRS now.. thanks that'd be great ;)

Taken this morning, between 4am and 4:30am approx - still have a few avi's to go through, but here's a couple of what's been processed so far.

The seeing was quite good, about 7/10 for the most part but not as good as my images from the 25th Feb.

The first image was @ 5fps, the second @ 10fps.

Thanks for looking.

I know what you mean Mike. If Jupiter takes 10 hours to complete one day then by rights after 24 hours the face you saw the day before should be at the back and the new face should be at the front. but it never seems to work out that you can get two good days viewing in a row. It always seems to be every second day, which puts you back to square one almost

Mike, these are quality shots, my money's on number 2. You should feel good I haven't seen the sky since Feb 25th let alone got and image of anything:mad2:.

I like this side actually, the festoons stand out and lots of "little" white storms:)

cheers,

Excellent Jupiter images Mike - well done!

Ahhh, so that's what Jupiter looks like! Hey Robert, I've forgotten how to use my ToUcam due to the eternity of cloudy nights in Brissie of late - I'll have to contact you for a refresher!

Cheers

Fab images Mike..Well done, great detail.

I just posted my image recorded later than yours on the 9th (06.30) which shows the GRS just appearing. You were obviously due at work earlier than I!

Mike, this may well be the boring side but compared to what Ive been shooting, you're hitting a bullseye every time! Top stuff.
