Mounting QHY10

HI all,
I have recently purchased a QHY10, its come with a tilt adjuster/centering ring that has a 42 mm thread, the head of the camera where this ring attaches to, has also got a 42 mm thread,
My question is, can the camera be attached with either one, or does it have to be with the tilt adjuster/centering ring

Yes it can I havent used the tilt adjust ring yet , I just screw the camera straight on to my OAG or screw on 2" nose peice.

thanks for that Mark, I just need to confirm that, one question, when it is screwed on, to a 2" adapter or such, the threaded part screws all the way down to the glass protecting the chip, is this normal

Yep thats right it prob doesnt touch havent looked myself but thats how its designed to be used. The tilt adjuster is just an extra if you need it.
