[sold] Celestron 70x400 short tube
I just bought it, a couple of weeks ago, for making a bigger finderscope out of it and I'm sure it would work great in such role, beside being an excellent light travel scope too.
I'm selling it because I just come across on ebay with a 90mm X 500mm doublet which promises to be even better for the same roles. I couldn't resist (does it ring a bell..) and now have to gather the money.
It is in as new conditions, although comes without the original box. The only issue to mention is a little scratch on the external of the tube (was there already when I got it), which doesn't affect the scope at all.
$65 (incl reg post shipping in Australia)
[sold] GSO 8X50 Right angle finder scope
Bought from Andrews some months ago, but still in pristine conditions. It comes complete with holder and metal block base and in the original box.
$65 (incl reg post shipping in Australia)
[sold] Four-reticles red dot finder
It is the same model sold under several names. This one came with my Meade dob I bought second hand. It is used but in very good conditions. Only 2 issues are worth being mentioned:
* The plastic dovetail-shaped holder has an edge a bit ripped.
* There is some dust in the case of the light projector. The latest affect this finder performance if you set its light at highest brightness level. On other hand you would do so only to use it in daylight as at night time you want to use it at the dimmest level.
$40 (incl reg post shipping in Australia)
NOTE, I'm going to post pics of all above tomorrow morning, or unlikely this night.
