i was looking at this sunday night from gisbourne north west of melbourne and you have captured it beautifully. this would be the best i have seen of keyhole!

That image is fantastic! You really brought out the nebula in this one.

I'm seriously starting to consider purchasing a Hutech-modified camera once I start work and settle down in Canberra.

Thanks, glad you like the image. It is certainly a sigh of relief - that's for sure. After I modified my camera there was a certain amount of doubt that it would all work well again - obviously it works!!!

I'm sure there's someone out there with an old Equatorial mount like the one I have - you could probably pick one up for peanuts. I'm not too sure if there are any mounts on the market today that will carry the big 12-inch scope (and 4.5-inch guidescope) without paying big bucks.
