Despite it being a Sunday (pardon the pun) I was up rather early, noted some high Cirrus rolling in and thought.."should image Sun before brekky"

Glad I did.....as the seeing was pretty good.

I also used a different 16bit Skynyx capture mode with Lucam Recorder.... ....which will be become my standard from here on in...as the raw data results were pretty good.
(down-side is 1Gb file sizes per frame...I needed 12 frames for the image below. 12GB of data takes time to process! )

Anyway...enough waffle: The link is here (http://www.atscope.com.au/BRO/gallery118.html)

Thanks...could be a while inbetween drinks, as Sydney weather for the next week doesn't look great

Ta... but I am probably needing to go back to some Deep Sky stuff soon

Thanks Mike.... It was evolving quite quickly, infact had changed shaped before I could do a second mosaic run.

Ta.....seeing makes *so* much difference to the end result.

Very nice Peter. The seeing certainly went down hill later in the day when I had a look.
