Hi everyone,
I took this video of the Moon last night as it passed through the field of view of my 600D, 5x Powermate and 12" Sky-Watcher Dobsonian. The limb area is overexposed due to the high contrasts settings I had chosen.

Thanks for looking,

Very nice Tom, the Appenines being my favourite area. All the best.

Great to see-well done,I find the appenines are my favourite moon feature
How are you finding the 600D Tom? I imagine the flip screen would be a real
bonus for this type of imaging.
How would the rig you used go on Jupiter and Saturn-would you get some details showing?.My son has this camera, and a friend that comes up has a 12 inch dob.The only thing I'd need to give this a go is the 5x Barlow.
Cheers Chris
