The Grey Butcherbirds that hang around my little cottage office have raised a couple of chicks who've just fledged. The parents are sufficiently used to people that they let me get very close. All taken with my Canon 500D and 100-400L, but at much less than 400mm!
In order, Mum, Dad, fledgeling one, fledgeling two and mum with #1

We have a small clan @ home that my mum feeds on a several daily basis (she spents around $10/week on mince to feed all the local birds). They will take food from her hand without hesitation, and yes, they bring their chicks to meet us too. We also have some spangled drongoes and magpies that are all pretty friendly, even a few crows come along!
