Took this last night from the Meade DSI. Had a very clear night. 1 minute exposure with 10 frames auto stacked in Envisage under Normal Operation mode. Seens like M83 is a target for many recently :)

Too many posts atm Ezy. Too easy to miss it. You need a catchy title like;
"Hey!!! Have a look at this M83. I'm stoked!"
That'll draw 'em in NP :thumbsup:
Putting "(Another One)" on the end of your post seems to me (and this is just me, I can't speak for anyone else) to say "Oh Well, just another soso one :shrug: " Shout it out man! Let the world hear it! :lol: Especially when you starting out and you feel you are producing good shots or shots that you want to share 'cos you feel you're making headway. And it is a good shot. Look how far you've come in just a couple of weeks. Hell some of the shot I took when I first got my Canon I erased straight off the camera :shudder: :scared: :lol:
i'll be targeting m83 visually tonight if all goes to plan :D
with 800+ members and posts everywhere its hard to view them all these days. I remember not long ago i used to be able to view every post just about.... now i miss heaps of threads :(
gee we grew fast! :D

thanks guys! :) wasn't sooking or anything lol :P hey David, give M83 ago tonight. You guys know of any other galaxies under mag 8? I find Stellarium very limited on objects which makes it harder for me to find other stellar goodies.
