Canon N3 style remote connector for 40D

Hi there

Im looking for a Canon N3 style remote connector suitable for 40D. I have just upgraded my camera and find I need a new connector.

I am after a Canon 3-pin connector for the remote control on a 40D. It allows direct
connection to DSUSB shutter controller.

im not aure if the 40d is the same but i bought one for about $5 pkus cheap postage from hong kong off ebay for my older d69 (not the new 60d!) works fine...

Yep, you can get a remote release with that connector on ebay for under $10 from China, that's what I did.

I've bought things from these guys before, always good. Beware shipping from China is erratic, sometimes three days, sometimes three weeks.

I will check it out. The one from the states is $16US.

I was hoping that a member might have a connector that they are not using.:D
