This attractive pair are outriders to the LMC and not often imaged. This is a SII, Ha, OIII (90x90x90 in 10 min subs) at F11 in my EdgeHD 14" with an ATIK11002M with an OAG Lodestar guiding at F11 also.
Processing is just DSS for stacks and CS5 for a bit of colorizing.
Enjoy.

Nice work, Peter! Narrowband at f/11 must be quite a challenge.

Well done Peter, nice image. Any reason you put the SII first and not the Ha?

Interesting work, I just did a quick calculation...... You are shooting at 3900mm focal length, quite an achievement with round stars.
Query regarding the mix of wavelengths as I'm presuming the ha is the blue color? I'm not sure I can determine the other wavelengths in the image

Another interesting one in that area is NGC1935:

This would suit your scope really well with that long focal length.

Greg.

Nice details Peter, this is on my to-do list too :)
How do you find the correction of the Edge 14" at the.. edges ?
