12" Tube Rings

I'm posting this thread for a friend. He has a 12" G.S.O. dob + a EQ6 mount.
He has had a hell of a time finding tube rings to fit the scope to the mount.
Can anyone help with a supplier or manufacturer. Thanks, John:)
