Hi All up late for Saturn and up late early for Jupiter... and hot on the heels of yesterdays jupiter morning I'm knackered. Can't be bothered with 2 separate threads so here they are both for your viewing enjoyment ;).
Thin cloud the whole time to make for frustrating imaging and to play havoc with registax quality sorting. Seeing wasn't bad, maybe as high as 7 out of 10, but the cloud dropped trasparency so much I had to use heaps of gain - always a bit harder to find focus under these conditions. Collimation was spot on though :)
The first Saturn was with the 4x powermate the other Saturn and Jupiters with the 2.5x
