Ok guys I'm having a really hard time keeping my eyes open.
I just walk in the door (6.30am) from an allnighter at Kulnura.
Earlier in the night it had clouded over but later we were treated to some great seeing and clear skies.

I used Octanes 8" Meade LX200 with my Toucam to image Jupiter.
I processed this avi while we were packing up and I just set everything to auto in registax. Some mild noise reduction in Neat Image and levels in PS and this is what I ended up with.

I'm gonna process the all the avi's later when I have some time.
But for now,

Enjoy.

Nice work RB, some more time spent processing will help eliminate the burnt out core you've got there.

Great first up result!

Shame I missed the good fun later on, but I was too tired to do another late one.

Thanks heaps guys,

It's been a long time between drinks hasn't it?
You're right Mike the core is burnt out in this one.
I hope I can do better in the other ones.

I did a basic stack cos I wanated to show Humayan (Octane) the method of stacking an avi, and he could't believe his eyes at the result.

:)

Great work Andrew. Sounds like I packed up an hour too early. There is some nice detail on that image.
