I am thinking of selling my Advanced Series 9.25, same model as shown here (http://www.ozscopes.com.au/celestron-advanced-series-c9-25-sgt-schmidt-cassegrain-telescope.html), as I don't get the time to use it anymore. Brand new this scope is $3600 AUS.

I also have a number of accessories, I have a Meade DSI colour CCD imager (originally it cost me $500, but I know they are much cheaper now), an Starmate LX200 hardware emulator (http://web.archive.org/web/20090106004857/http://www.star-mate.com/lxbuy.htm) which was originally $149 US (for use with the Meade DSI and the autoguider port on the Celestron when imaging), I have a radial guider (http://www.ozscopes.com.au/celestron-radial-guider-for-schmidt-cassegrain-telescopes.html) to use the Meade DSI as a guide camera while using an DSLR on the main scope for imaging. I also have the Mogg adaptor for connecting Olympus Lenses to the Meade DSI for imaging, and some Olympus lenses to go with it. I also have an Olympus O-Ring and an old olympus film based camera along with the manual timer cable. I also have the Focal Reducers (http://www.webcaddy.com.au/astro/main_feature_focalreducer.htm) made by the same people who make the Mogg Adaptor for F3 and F6 focal reduction of the meade DSI imager. The Mogg adaptor is worth $66 new, the two focal reducer parts are $69 and $39 new

I also have a custom made bracket to fit the Meade DSI and an SLR / DSLR camera onto the CG5 tripod to use for imaging without the main scope.

I have two hand controllers, one is the latest model that allows flash / firmware updates to the scope which cost over $200 extra, the other is prior to this and the original hand controller that came with the scope. The newer hand controller supports the all-star allignment mode. I also have three eye pieces, a 25mm, 12.5mm and a 9mm. I also have a moon filter to fit the eye peices. The main tube also has the Camera Piggy Back mount kit.

I also have 1900amp (worth $159) power supply and a 600 amp power supply (worth about $50) which is good for powering the telescope and a laptop for use on the field. I have a universal power adaptor / plug set for connecting (http://www.wiltronics.com.au/catalogue/102164/power/computer-notebook-power-supply-universal)a laptop as well (worth about $69).

If wanted I also have a Canon 300d SLR (its original, not modified) along with the O-Ring adaptor and two lenses and a UV filter. It has a few memory cards as well. I have the Serial port Shutter cable to allow you to use computer based control of exposures using the DSLR while the Meade DSI is guiding. The two canon batteries probably need changing as they don't hold a lot of charge. It also has a manual bulb cable for timed exposures and an Infra Red shutter button to activate the camera remotely. The Lenses included is a 18-55mm and a 75-200mm lense.

Plus I have two USB to Serial adaptors, for use with the Celestron Serial Cable for remotely controlling the telescope from a PC, and the LX200 emulator, and / or the Canon Serial Bulb / Timer cable. If you also want it, I have a Pentium 4 3.0Ghz Laptop which I was using with this setup, which has Windows 7, 1.5Gb ram, 80Gb HDD, 4 usb ports, 15.4" LCD screen (1400x1050 res) to complete the whole package for mobile use. It's battery no longer holds any charge, but it can run for about 13 hours off the 1900amp power supply.

Reasonable offers will be considered.
