Constructed of heavy, water-resistant 1000 denier nylon and 210 denier lining with integrated webbing handle. Far easier to carry than a large box - comfortable carry handle like on a suitcase. Well padded with foam to protect your scope. I usually transported my scope sitting up in the front seat with the seat-belt around it.

David, my orange C8 on fork mount should fit? Perhaps I can fit the wedge (disconnected from the fork mount) in the same case (with a bit of extra padding between them)? Attached is example photo of what I have.

Your scope would definitely fit.

You might get the wedge in - the bag certainly isn't tight on the scope and there should be some room as the forks & base on the original C8s are quite slender vs the modern versions.
