Ok, I'm pretty happy with this rough 1st stitch and process.

I'm sure one of the pros could get more from this data.

details:
GSO 12" F5 Newt @ FL 1524mm
DSI II Mono with peltier cooling to 10C. Ambient 16C
Homemade/ Bartelised GEM with homemade RA/DEC worm gears. (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=43091)
No PEC turned on.

Turn the lights out and stand 10ft from your monitor :)
