This was my next failure for BSG 2011. M16.
This started out life as 5 X 10 minute exposures of each colour and ended up 2 X 10 minute exposures of Red and Green and just 1 X 10 minute exposure in the Blue channel.

This was the best I could do with so little exposure.

Hehe, i'd enjoy that sort of result from a stuff up, off to a good start there.
At least with digital u can add to it whenever hey.

Not too bad for a quickie.... Not bad at all.

Saw your other shot 253. Bit gritty..... Still with all the hassles, what can you do. Interesting diffraction spikes though.

I've seen far worse stuff-ups than that. Quite nice in the end.

That's pretty good given the lack of subs.

I love the depth of field Doug. Your shot looks almost cavernous.

Echo!

Quite good actually for a limited amount of data.

Thanks everyone. For all it is just a picture I am quite happy with the initial result so will be giving this one another go shortly.

Hi Doug,

Pretty good photo for a "failure".

Great recovery.

Ross.
