This guy gets a wrap..
Graham at "The Machine Shop" in Capalaba Qld.

After spending a too many hours ringing companies who wanted to know how many thousand units I wanted, I rang this guy. He did quality work and the dollars were good too.

Graham was good to deal with and doesn't have a problem with one-offs.
If you can draw it - I reckon he can make it.

I've just picked up a 530mm Stainless NEQ counterweight rod which was made to my own specs, (extends 50mm into Dec axis for strength, but still slides 260mm inside the mount for transport), and also another mod for an Ioptron Mini pro.

I'm not involved in the business or anything, - just thought that you, like me, might appreciate a good contact.

Nice to know!
Impossible to find a 'one-off' machinist down here. :(
They're all up-north making squillions in the mines.
I knew Uni was a waste of time!

I wish they could adapt a thicker shaft to the neq.
