William Optics P-FLAT68 field flattener + other bits

I've found and acquired an FLT-132; now I'm on the hunt for the following:

* WO P-FLAT68 field flattener
* WO DIG2D-C-DB 2" Dura-Bright diagonal
* WO UWAN 28mm and 4 mm eyepieces
* Canon EF/EOS T-ring adapter

I was going to buy them from Andrews this week, figured I'd ask here first.
