The previous thread made me think...
Whats the smallest aperture the guys have used to successfully view the faint companion to Antares??? My records show a 3" f12 refractor at x180. Over to you.

Was never able to do it in a C-8, twice in the 102mm Tak using a 7mm Type 6 Nagler and then only in moments of extreme steadyness.

I did it with my 120mm refractor last year. I used a Celestron 7.5mm plossl magnification was x133.

BTW check out the skywatcher 120mm review ;)
