Seeing wasn't good today but still had moments of clarity (9-10/10) so I just paused the capture in between good seeing.

One with no nosecone filter(s) & one with the R/G/L Astronomik filters onboard.

C11/full aperture 2+/DMK + MOGG FR.

Nice John, looking good. Detail is good. Now for that fine granulation.

Can't seem to resolve that granulation with the FR Paul. Can't wait for STABLE good seeing so I can drop that FR off.

Can you image early morning. Say not long after sunrise. Before the land heats up. Or you could try about 3 or 4 pm. That is when the heating is at its most stable. I found those two times work best for me.

About 8AM would be the earliest for me due to the trees around the eastern perimeter, but thanks Paul. I'll try as early as possible next time. The afternoon is definitely out (more freaking trees lol).
