Hi All
The sun surface features today were excellent with several sun spots opening up - and the seeing in Sydney was great.
I finally got focus (or something close to it) on the PST with the DMK21au Mono and a 2*barlow. I even read the Registax 6 instructions :-).
I have other pictures (avi files) of the three sets of sunspots but they don't survive the stacking process - pity. Any images from today or tomorrow that have all spots will be a real treat.
Here is my first offering. not sure if its a good focus and I also either have some specks of dust on the dmk or the barlow which needs a clean.
I'd love some feedback - i really have no idea what I am doing. (any suggestions for how you can really tell you have focus on the computer screen would be especially appreciated.

P.S. since its the dmk i won at IIS in 2008 I'm pretty happy right now - only taken me 3 years to get it together :-)
