I like the sand , rain and horse but not sure about the moon being in the pic , makes it look like a fantasy shot which if that's what your after just add a unicorn horn on the horse and its done :)

It looks great, my only feedback would be that the lighting on the sand and the horse are at a bit of a mismatch. The dark sand does lead the eye to the brighter horse, but the lack of lighting detail on the sand doesn't sell the image quite as well as it could.
