Saturday was very clear and I tried out my GSO 10" reflector on the now working again Eq 6, balanced by Big W gym weights!
These are all short subs as my alignment is not perfect yet, plus I haven't got to guiding either. Canon 1000D unmodified DSLR. Stacks of total 3-4 minutes (10 sec lights) with dark calibration in DeepSkyStacker, processed in StarTools
I think my collimation is a tad off as well, but this is my first ever Newt and it's an f4 so the learning curve is pretty steep. I love the diffraction spikes in reflectors, really adds something to star pictures.
Comments welcome.

Nice shots:). M20 especially:)

You need to really push your exp times, though. So long as your alignment is good, try for 5 minute subs. Actually, I think your trouble is more to do with the alignment of your image train than collimation. Look at your glob pic. See how the stars are streaky...eggy in one direction. Means your camera's chip isn't exactly dead onto the light cone coming through your focuser. Either something is loose and/or you have some flexure. Or, something isn't connected properly. Check everything out to make sure what it is. Could take awhile, but once it's ironed out, things will look a lot better.
