I took a few PrintScreen shot(well 32 actually) of Atlantis and the ISS after undocking for the 90 degree maneuver thought they might be of some interest.

Now, if I were the guys flying Atlantis, I'd do a few extra orbits (like 200 or more:):P) before I landed....just for old time's sake:)
thankyou Paula as I missed all.
Doh ... 2 Townsvillians messaged at the same time. :D

I took a video of it (screen capture) and converting it now to a smaller flash file. I did the whole first part then thought I'd stop when they cut back to the control room, to make the other half as a separate file because the current capture file was about 1.5GB. When I stopped it and restarted the capture I didn't notice that the capture program automatically started the windows media player in full screen... so I was re-capturing the previous playback. Took me a little while to figure it out as I was still watching then it started to look like a deja-vu :P

I watched the undocking, on my iPhone, then had the audio hooked up to my car speakers, listening to it on the way home from work in the car.
Best way to pass time in traffic. ;)

Boy, Adelaide weather has been unkind for this historic last
ever shuttle flight. Most passes this week I missed due to
work committments or cloud!
I got a glimpse of the the station ahead of the Atlantis tonight,
rudely outstaged by a jet at a few thousand feet up.

And more again from tonight.
ISS a few minutes ahead of Atlantis now.....1st image ISS, 2nd Atlantis.
Steve
edit: nope...actually, according to Heavens Above...it is Atlantis actually ahead of the IIS
Saw ISS go over Melbourne about an hour ago! :D:D:D Just in the nick of time!:D:D:D Thankyou clouds for going away!!
:lol::lol::lol:
Great captures steve.
Thanks for those photos Paula, I was wishing I had a camera so I could do the same.

Heads up! Current KSC landing AEST Thursday 21/1956.
Second landing opportunity AEST Thursday 21/2132
Watch NASATV live - http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/index.html
- take a last look at a fantastic (but expensive) real space plane.
It was great to watch the bright transit of ISS & Shuttle over Brisbane on Sunday and Tuesday nights.
Thanks to those here who posted great photos.
The shuttle crew have just reminded us its exactly 42 years since Neil Armstrong landed on the Moon. It going to be quite a day to remember.
Enjoy
David

Well I thought I was ready tonight for the last ever pass...
It was going to be difficult, only 24 degrees over my SW sky, and
with the de-orbit burn done over Malaysia only 20 mins or so before.
I had the ED80 and C500 webcam ready along with my son on DSLR
time exposure duties.
Well I accidentally left the 18-55mm DSLR lens at 55mm so it was
too zoomed in to get a longer trail. No time to refocus and widen!
But we got her...Atlantis was about 50 mins away from wheels down
at the Cape
As it flew over here in Adelaide in this shot they were already committed
to re-enter. There is/was no way to change that fact. She was coming home.
Steve
Well done Steve.

Nice shot Steve, better than mine. I got 6 minutes of heavy cloud with tiny pockets of clear sky ;)
Good shot Steve.
An historic line on the sky.
