Hey there astronomers,

AstroAussie here with my first post and photo (woo-hoo!).It is of M20 taken on 3/7/2011 from Altona North in Melbourne.
Here are some details:

Scope : Saxon ED100 F/9
Camera: Canon 550D
Guidescope : GSO 50mm F/3.5 with Orion Starshoot
Filter : IDAS LP2
Software : Backyard EOS, Cartes du Ciel, PHD, EQMOD, Photoshop
7 x 8 min Subs
Darks, flats and Bias used

Welcome.

That is a very good photo.
Sharp, good detail and nice colours.
Your tracking looks good also.

What mount are you using?

Thank you to all that have looked at and commented on my photo so far(especially John, DrPaul, Carl, Louie and Ross G) - really appreciate it! Feel free to offer any tips you may have regarding aquisition , processing etc.. as I am certainly looking to grow my skills and your experienced advice will certainly help me in this endeavour.
I know at F/9 with an LP filter I need to capture a lot of data at longer exposures so hopefully clear skies ahead.
