4x 20 seconds
nikon d90 with a sigma 150-500mm lens @ 500mm f6.3
on heq5 mount.

thanks Louie... I dont even have a telescope at the moment. Too many other financial bottomless pits to sink my hard earned into. :rolleyes:

Ha!yeah bills never stop coming mate.....email me I can set you up with a guide scope and cam to use on loan for a while....but make It quick cause I'm off to Canberra on Sunday and will be there for quite a while mate.

No its alright louie. come tax time I'll be buying a guidescope (prolly a 80mm refractor) and i already have a camera i can use... its just a waiting game. :)

great work ving. you can only get better from here. Orion 80mm short tube refactor are good as a guide scope and very cheap around $150
