Hi solar observer,
in the near future is with us to watch the weather bad:mad2:. That's why I post here an old observation of 15 June 2011. The picture was taken with the newly configured Unigraph. The instrument is working well:thumbsup:, so I have enclosed the secondary system complete with red foam sheets. This looks good and protects the system from dust (one of my biggest enemies)

It can be seen on the primary focal plane of the Unigraph a strong fan, which cools the cone pinhole aperture and the block

That is absolutely amazing!
I have NEVER seen amateur solar images like this before - ever!!!
Your dedication and drive to manufacture such an optical system, and then obtain these excellent results is a credit to you.
Well done!!
I hope to see more of your work.

That's simply stunning. The negative version really gives it a different look and feel. Like soft pillows, instead of a firey ball of death ;)

Thanks for posting!

Thanks for your replys. In the next time, the Unigraph.
In the next period, the Unigraph be improved somewhat. In particular the homogeneous field and the shifting of the Halphalinie something would still be improved. Moreover, the main objective could be greater. I think 30cm would be optimal.
