ED80 and QHY9 on a losmandy G11 with Gemini 2
This was just a guiding test after many problems.
Still not perfect but it is getting there.
I have bought the Orion field flattener and now i have to wait for a clear night to see if it is any good.

Martin,

Not too shabby for a test shot mate, well done!
Good luck with the flattener.

Picture looks great, good detail core is not burned out. and the Flattner seems to really make a differnace. I wonder if this flattner would work with my WO80.

Looks pretty good Martin. Guiding looks OK but the 80 is fairly forgiving on guiding issues. Might be worth using a bit more focal length to tune your guiding. Even a good barlow or powermate will show up more errors than the 80 on it's own.
Keep at it Mate. I've been going through the same troubles here and am finally getting some reasonable results at 900mm FL.

Thank you Mark :)
Ad the flattener works really well

Fahim this was done without the flattener ;)
And the flattener will work with scopes from 400mm to 650mm.

Thanks mate it looks like i have to shove my 1140mm Saxon on the mount when it is clear next time

Thank you Leon for a test shot it is ok :P

Thank you Mike but it is not that great (noisy area's, stars in the edges are no good) and i thought it was too colorful, but if you say it is good then it has to be good
The Lagoon i did with the field flattener has stars pinpoint in every corner, no more cropping for me
