Query on Dew not heaters

Has anybody used or know somebody who has used these heaters before? Are they good or bad? Do they used a lot of power? I like to know anything like that.

I use dew not straps with 1000 oaks controller. Flawless combo and will be installing the same setup on another of my scopes.
