I remember reading about these guys during the X-37B orbits.
Software is here; but not sure how recent or compatibility with other mounts. Doesnt hurt to email him I guess.

The X-37B is the least of their worries. There'll be stuff up there that would make the X-37B look like child's play...something I wouldn't put past the USAF and the intelligence/military-industrial agencies.
Probably being carried by the plane.
Mind you, good on the guys for having a peek at the spooks. One way to upset these guys...have a heap of amateurs track them, then publish their orbital data:):P
